Doctor of Business Administration. Master in Finances (Faculty of Economics and Administration of USP). Lecturer and consultant in the area of diversity management (inclusion of women, blacks and people with disabilities in the corporate world). Author of the book “The search for a path to Brazil: the trail of the vicious circle”, an essay that explains the link between development and sócio-racial inclusion. He is the president of the Brazilian Institute of Diversity (IBD) and has served as chair of the Deliberative Council of the Baobá Fund for Racial Equity. He has worked as a Consultant in the area of Diversity Management for numerous organizations such as Banco Real, Itaú-Unibanco, CPFL, Abril Group, Ford Foundation, Kellogg Foundation, São Paulo State Government, Campinas City Hall, Salvador City Hall and others
